God Has a Plan

Dear Church Family,

If you knew everything that would happen to you in the future, would you want to know it? I think we can all acknowledge that there may be times when it’s just best for us not to know the future. Yet, Jesus was fully aware of his Father’s plan to redeem this world from its rebellion and sin and knew exactly what had to happen. God’s plan is so scandalous (that the Father was willing to sacrifice his Son) that Jesus asks for another way. But there is no other way and what we will see is that Jesus is absolutely willing to do whatever it takes to save us. Join me Sunday to praise him for being willing to carry out God’s plan of salvation so that we might have the best possible future!
