The Most Important Q and A

Dear Church Family,

What should I do with my life?

Whom shall I marry, if anyone?

Where would I choose to live?

What kind of legacy do I wish to leave?

Life is full of important questions like these that we might ask ourselves. But there’s an even bigger, more important question that each of us has to be able to answer. It’s one Jesus himself asks us…

“Who do you say I am?”

The last couple Sundays we’ve been listening to Jesus in his own words. We’ve heard him use the words “I am” to describe himself. I am… The light of the world. The bread of life. The Good Shepherd. The vine. The resurrection and the life. The way. The truth. The life.

But what about you? What are you going to say about Jesus? This Sunday we will conclude our series Jesus in His Own Words by exploring the surprising truth of what Jesus meant when he applied the phrase “I am” to himself. This will also help each of you to be able to clearly answer for yourselves that key question Jesus asks all of us, “Who do you say I am?”

See you this Sunday at 9:30 at church. Plant a gospel seed and invite someone to join you for the grand finale of this series!
