Read Numbers 11

Scripture- Numbers 11:23 The Lord answered Moses, “Is the Lord’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.”

Observation- Moses couldn’t believe that meat would be given to 600,000 men plus their families for an entire month. That seemed impossible. But God said, “Is the Lord’s arm too short?” Is he incapable of saving his people? Is he incapable of doing the impossible?The answer was obviously “no.”

Application- There are some situations in life where it just seems impossible. I struggle to see where the money will come from? How will my family get through this stage of life? Where will more staff come from? I stand with Moses saying, “Where?” “How?” But God says, “Is the Lord’s arm too short?” The answer is “no.” He has the power and is capable of doing anything. He is so powerful to save that he even saved me from death as Jesus rose from the dead. He can provide and will provide just like he always has and always will. That fills me with confidence today. 

Prayer- Father, thank you for having the power to do everything. Nothing is too hard for you. As I go through life, fill me with that confidence and trust knowing that you will work all things for my good. Amen.
