Overflowing Blessings

Dear Church Family,

Overflowing. This is how I would describe my joy last Sunday as I was privileged to be a part of 12 people getting baptized who received God’s abundant grace through water and the word.

Overflowing. This is how I would describe my appreciation for those who worked really hard to set up the gym, prepare food, create a welcoming experience for our guests, and clean up after the service was over.

Overflowing. This is how I would describe my satisfaction at seeing our diverse church family come together to worship, sing, eat food, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Overflowing. This is how God describes the thanksgiving that results when His grace that we share changes more and more people’s lives!

“All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God” (2 Corinthians 4:15).

ICYMI – Watch the message that Pastor Steve and I co-preached from last Sunday as we wrapped up our core value: We are convinced it is more blessed to give than to receive.

After your Thanksgiving celebrations this week, please join me in church again this Sunday at 9:30 am as we celebrate the festival of Christ the King and learn how one day “the King of kings will right all wrongs!”

Mommy & Me next activity Monday, November 26 from 8:45-10:00 AM. All children 0-4 years of age are invited to participate with their caregivers for Bible story time, songs, and creative play! Questions? Email Grace Seeger.

Member note: If you are not currently giving online please let our Treasurer, Ron Hansen know as soon as possible if you intend to return to online giving or sign up for in the future. This will help us know how many boxes of envelopes to order for 2019.

Online Giving – If you haven’t already set up electronic giving via ACH, we now have another way to give online through BluePay whether via credit card or checking. One-time or recurring gifts can be set up. Simply visit our website and then click on “Give” in the upper right hand corner.
