Our Longing For Home

Dear Church Family,

Is there life after death? If there is, what will that life be like? From a humanistic perspective, it would appear as though this life is all there is. When you die, you’re dead. That’s it. Game over. So why not YOLO? In the Bible, however, we discover that death was not a part of God’s original plan for the world; rather death is God’s judgment against sin. That makes death frightening and ugly, but God found a way to destroy death forever. We now look forward to Paradise restored! And this…changes everything. The longing of our hearts for home will one day find its ultimate fulfillment in the victory Jesus won for us who trust in him!

Please join me this weekend as we explore the next question in our Soul Searching series related to the topic of Destiny: Where Are We Going When We Die? To join me in person this weekend whether on Saturday at 5:00 pm or Sunday at 9:30 am please register with this form ahead of time.
