Dear Church Family,
There are so many things God has blessed us with here on our growing Divine Savior campus in Doral! This weekend in worship we will get to experience an incredible ministry that you might not yet know too much about. It’s called Academia Cristo. It’s a global ministry based right here on our campus that teaches Spanish people anywhere the good news of Jesus and helps them share that good news with others.
Please join me this weekend as we celebrate the word of our God which endures forever, learn about Academia Cristo and hear from Pastors Mike Hartmann and Andrew Johnston. To join me in person this weekend whether on Saturday at 5:00 pm or Sunday at 9:30 am please register with this form ahead of time. To worship online with others simply click here to visit our livestreaming platform either on Saturday at 5:00 pm or Sunday at 9:30 am.

DSKids: We invite all children ages 3 to 3rd grade to join us this Sunday for our in-person DSKids Sunday morning program. Simply stop by our DSKids table outside the church doors on your way into worship and we’ll get your child checked in and ready to join us. See you Sunday!
Acolyte Training: If your son or daughter is in the 4th or 5th grade this year, we’d love to have you stay after church next Sunday, February 14th for a very brief training. We are excited to give your child a special new role in the church and a fun way to serve, as an Acolyte. We would also like them to feel confident in serving this way. We’ll talk and walk through what an Acolyte does and give them an opportunity to practice. Simply come with your child to the front of the church after the service next Sunday.
Serve in your DSC family – Find a place to serve with joy in your church family! We have immediate weekly needs / opportunities for volunteers in the following areas for our worship services: 1) Online live-stream Host; 2) ProPresenter Operator; 3) Usher; 4) Greeter; 5) Marriage Ministry; 6) Refreshments. Middle school and teens are welcome for some volunteer positions! Parents, you can select a service where your family serves together! Please consider how you can serve. If you don’t yet have a team/role, have any questions, or would like to try one of these roles, connect with Staff Minister Becky .

Marriage Moments are short, weekly videos highlighting one Biblical marriage thought. Click here to watch this week’s episode – Interconnected. Produced by our national church body, the WELS.
Ash Wednesday Worship – This coming Wednesday February 17 we will be offering our community two identical, bilingual worship services at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm much like we did this past Christmas Eve. We will offer the imposition of ashes for those who desire it at both services.
Midweek Lent – We will not be having regular Lenten services on the five Wednesdays during Lent after Ash Wednesday. Stay tuned, however, for the special devotional resources that our DSC Association will be sharing along with encouragement to use the Wednesdays during Lent to get together with another family for a shared meal and devotion using the resources we are producing.
