Dear Church Family,
When the Thessalonians first heard the gospel, they realized it was wonderfully different than any message they’d ever heard before. That’s why they received it as they did—not as the words of mere human beings, but as God’s Word—life changing good news and worth holding onto for dear life. We also want to take all of God’s truth seriously because even in our modern world it’s the Word of God that still makes all the difference.
Join us this weekend as we worship and grow together whether on Saturday at 5:00 pm or Sunday morning at 9:30 am.
Don’t Forget to Fall Back! Daylight Savings time ends this weekend. Remember to set your clocks back an hour Saturday night or else you’ll be an hour early for church Sunday morning! Enjoy the extra time at game night or catching up on sleep 🙂
Help Our High School Choir – (Message from Skyler Troge)
We, as a choir, are hosting a brunch this Sunday at 10:30 am in the high school commons after the English church service and before the Spanish service. The brunch will be about two hours long. We are trying to raise some money to help pay for our expenses at Choral Festival (a mass concert with most of the schools in the WELS). Any help from you, our church family, would be greatly appreciated!
There will be pancakes, tequenos, cookies, muffins, orange juice, etc. If you are interested, it is five dollars per person to come and eat. We would love to see you all there! Thank you so much and have a great rest of your week.

Mommy & Me: Monday, November 8th, 8:45 – 10:00 am. Enjoy a fun morning with your little one at Mommy & Me, where you can connect with others through storytime, music & movement, and play! FREE Concert: Join the DSC family of South Florida for an evening of great music by Koiné on Saturday, Nov 20. Learn more about this Christian music group by clicking here. Our DSC association is sponsoring this event and has made it FREE for attendees. It will take place at DSC of Delray Beach, beginning at 7:00pm.
