Join me this Sunday at 9:30 am as we celebrate the Christian festival of Pentecost to get some peace—the kind only the Holy Spirit can give!
Together we’ll focus on Jesus’ words, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid” (John 14:27).
Then after the service we’ll gather for our annual meeting in the high school commons at 11:00 am.
Remember—Summer Worship Schedule! There is no Saturday service this weekend or throughout the summer months of June-July. Please join us Sundays throughout the summer at our regular 9:30 am time.
ICYMI: Watch last Sunday’s special bilingual Confirmation service including the sermon that Pastor Steve and I preached on the fifth of habit of a disciple: “Listen to Jesus.”
Congregational Annual Voter’s Meeting: On Sunday, June 5, immediately following the worship service, we will meet in the high school commons for our annual voter’s meeting. New council members will be elected and approval of the plan and budget for the next fiscal year will be on the ballot. If you have any questions, please contact our church president, Luis Hererra.

Worship & Ministry Center: June 20 – Projected demo date for construction project of the Worship & Ministry Center. Stay tuned! When this date is confirmed, we will have a Work Day prior to Demo Day and have a special Groundbreaking Ceremony to kick off this exciting endeavor! We will also transition our Sunday morning worship services into the high school commons for the duration of the project.
