Dear Church Family,
I pray you had a blessed Christmas and also I pray for God’s blessings in the coming New Year of His grace!
Speaking of the coming New Year, this Sunday we’ll be starting a new message series called New Year, New You. Now, it’s not going to be necessarily what you think. This is of course the time when we’re told we need to “stop, resolve, and pursue that better versions of yourself!” And there is something good to be said about this. After all, we do want to become better versions of ourselves, especially the more we sense our inadequacies.
But this New Year, we especially want to see how Jesus has already made a “New You”. This successful transformation has nothing to do with your resolve, but with His. Join us as we see how our powerful God has made us new through Jesus Christ and how this good news changes everything!
Note: There is no New Year’s Eve service this year. We will worship once on Sunday morning on New Year’s Day, Jan 1, at 9:30 am per our regular schedule.
