We’ve all celebrated other people’s birthdays. But have you ever celebrated someone’s re-birthday? That’s what we’re going to do this Sunday as we celebrate God’s gift of Baptism! Join us at 10:30 am this Sunday, January 22, for a special, bilingual Baptism service in our high school gym followed by a potluck meal with lots of food and time for fellowship with each other as we welcome new families into our Divine Savior Church family.
Check out this Needs Request for how you can serve. There are still plenty of opportunities for helping set up on Saturday, take down on Sunday, and food to bring for the meal. If you or someone you know is interested in being baptized, click here. Divine Savior Church offers baptism for free to anyone of any age.

Read The Bible With Us –There’s still time to join our year-long Bible reading plan, with others who want to grow in their understanding of the Bible. Each day, read a section of Scripture and join in the discussion about the reading if you want. If you get behind, that’s okay, just jump in the next day! Click here to join using the YouVersion Bible app. So far 42 people have joined the reading plan!
DSYouth High School Bible Study –Are you a middle or high school student interested in growing deeper as a disciple of Jesus alongside other Christians? Join us at the next DSYouth Bible study for high school students on Friday, January 20 from 6:00-8:00pm. Our motto is “Disciples of Christ, Stronger Together. Come to the high school entrance. Parents, if you have not yet done so this year, please fill out both: Parent Consent Form and the Student Registration Form. (You only need to do this one time per student per year.)
Get connected – find a group! – Our next connect group sessions are scheduled to begin at the end of January. Some new options have been added. Connect with your family in Christ and grow in faith. Pastor Caleb Sing-Along – It is a sing-along! If you have children in the ECE or Elementary age level in your family, please join us on the athletic field on Thursday, Jan 26 at 6:00pm for a free concert/sing-along with Pastor Caleb. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. This is an event designed for your family to enjoy together. No child drop offs.
Creating Family Memories – Come on Sunday, Jan 29th and create some memories with your family at Divine Savior! Choose from a variety of sports for all ages (little ones can be on the playground) or just enjoy time connecting with others. We will meet around 1:00pm, after the Spanish worship service.
