The book of Job is renowned for its depiction of Job’s suffering, making it relatable to many who face hardships. While Job’s losses are a small part of the narrative, the book as a whole provides profound encouragement, guidance, and perspective to help navigate life’s challenges.
Join us this Sunday as we begin looking at the Biblical book of Job to learn how to find peace on an unpredictable path through life.

DSYouth: Our first DSYouth session is TONIGHT, Friday, September 6 from 6:00-8:00pm! If you’re a family with Middle School or High school students and you’re interested in growing as a disciple of Jesus alongside other Christians, DSYouth is for you! We study the Bible together, pray together, and talk about how we live as followers of Jesus in our world. We also enjoy games and snacks each time we meet. Our motto is “Disciples of Christ, Stronger Together. We’ll meet in the Worship Center. Please enter through the Ministry Center Reception, by 58th Street. Click here for the required Parent Consent and here for Student Registration. (You only need to do this once this year.) Faith5: Building strong families: Register today! Our next sessions begin this Sunday, September 8, following worship. 11:00am-noon. Childcare provided. Learn a simple but powerful framework that can help center your family around Christ. Find ways to connect with your family and deepen your understanding of each other. Improve the mental and spiritual health of your children and yourselves as parents! You will join together, along with other parents, to learn how to implement this simple tool. Welcome Back Weekend: Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve worshiped with us in person. Join us for Welcome Back Weekend THIS WEEKEND! Choose from Saturday bilingual worship at 5:00pm, English Sunday worship at 9:30am, or Spanish Sunday worship at 11:30am. Get reconnected with God’s love and experience a life changed by Jesus. Maybe you know someone who hasn’t been to a church in a while. Invite them to attend with you! We are ready to grow with you spiritually as your family in Christ. Enjoy light refreshments afterwards and an opportunity to visit with others like you!
Faith & Family Night: Each Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm, beginning on September 11th we are offering another weekly opportunity for you to grow closer to Jesus through his word and connect with your brothers and sisters in Christ. You will find a variety of Bible studies in Spanish and English. Our goal is to help you grow as a disciple of Christ and be equipped to help others know Jesus’ love. At 8:15 pm everyone from all groups will join together in the Worship Center as one family in Christ for a very brief devotion and song to conclude the evening.
All Pro Dad: Any dads and their kids who are in Kindergarten through 6th grade can team up with other dads and kids at our school once a month for All Pro Dad! We meet before school from 7:00-8:00 AM in the high school commons for a free breakfast and a character based-curriculum that helps dads start meaningful conversations with their kids. RSVP on our chapter website for our monthly breakfast on September 12.
