College Ministry – Are you or do you know a college student in the Miami area? Our DSC College Ministry group encourages college students to learn, live, and lead for Christ. College Ministry Grill Out on Sunday, October 6 at 4:00 PM at Morgan Levy Park. Questions? Contact Musumeno for more info.
All Pro Dad – Any dads and their kids who are in kindergarten through 6th grade can team up with other dads and kids at our school once a month for All Pro Dad! We meet before school from 7:00-8:00 AM in the high school commons for a free breakfast and a character based-curriculum that helps dads start meaningful conversations with their kids. RSVP on our chapter website for our monthly breakfast on October 10.
DSYouth Family Cookout – Families with middle school and high school students: If you’re interested in growing as a disciple of Jesus alongside other Christians, DSYouth is for you! We study the Bible together, pray together, and talk about how we live as followers of Jesus in our world. Our motto is “Disciples of Christ, Stronger Together. Our annual DSYouth Family Cookout is Friday, Oct 11 where students and parents come together to enjoy a special Bible study, good food, and fun games! Connect and grow with us from 5:00-7:00 pm! God is growing our family! – Have you noticed new faces at worship or in the Bible study group that you participate in? God is bringing us new people all the time and our church family is growing! It is exciting to see the blessings of increased attendance at 3 separate worship services and more and more people engaged in our spiritual growth opportunities.
