It’s a Win-Win

Dear Church Family,

What does it look like to live a life worthy of the gospel of Jesus Christ? It means living in such a way that shows Jesus is worth everything to you. It looks like walking with, loving, and doing life with those who are different from you, because Christ binds you together. It looks like striving together to make Christ known because Christ motivates you. It looks like standing with courage against all spiritual oppressors, because Christ secures you.

To live is Christ. To die is gain. Have you found Christ worth living for, dying for, and worth casting everything away for? That is what it means to live a life worthy of the gospel of Jesus Christ. To live is Christ. To die is gain. It’s a win-win!

Join us this Sunday at 9:30 am as Pastor Caleb continues our journey into the book of Philippians. We’ll also get to welcome the families of some of our DSA 2nd graders who will be singing for us in the service.

Pastor Ben Has a Call – This week I received a Call to Hope Lutheran Church in Toronto, Canada. It’s a multicultural congregation with people from over 25 different countries. What does this mean? It’s another opportunity to listen, learn, pray, and ultimately decide where I think I can best glorify God and serve in His kingdom at this time. Sarah and I gladly welcome any feedback you have and, as always, we invite your prayers. Thank you for being our family in Christ!
